Found out I had bed bugs (EEEK!) and thought I could tackle it by myself.. WRONG! After being assaulted by these vile creatures for 2 months I finally broke down and called my saviors (Chris and Derek). Chris came out in just a few short hours after speaking with him. He checked all through my house and luckily we just had them in our room (at least they weren’t munching on my kiddos). He came up with a game plan, scheduled me for the very next morning, Derek showed up explained everything he would be doing and checked to make sure I cleaned up the room properly, and 24hrs after initiating the contact I’m so excited to say I’M BEDBUG FREEEEEEEE!!! If you want quality, integrity, and prompt service definitely go with these guys! I guaranty you won’t be disappointed!!

I was in such a bad place, dealing with bed bugs and them biting my boys. As soon as I called they were out in 2 hours to start the process. Chris was very responsive to all my questions! He gave me an estimate and stuck to it! We had been battling a bed bug problem for over two years having had it treated chemically several times. To no avail. Chris was clear with his instructions, and we followed through. It was a lot of work, but it was totally worth it! Bed bugs are hard to get rid of. They literally freak me out. I am not sure how, but they made it into the house. Chris was very helpful in assessing the state of infestation, and was able to deal with the issue without breaking the bank.

We purchased a new home and did not know it was infested with bed bugs until it was too late and all our belongings were moved in. I called Heat Pest Services in a panic on a Saturday morning and they we so helpful. The exterminator was at my house by that evening beginning treatments. He was very knowledgeable and helped to save me money when he didn’t have to. He has honored his warranty and been incredibly helpful, responsive, and reassuring through this entire terrible process!

Derrick was awesome on time very informative with the situation I had going on. Was very caring and made sure I felt safe and comfortable.while they took care of the issue. I was able to leave and get everything cleaned as well helped me carry out the bins and stack them so it was easy for me to load them. I will use them for every pest need I have. They don't follow a script they have your feelings and well-being at the foremost importance to them. Hopefully me and my kids can get a good night's rest with out being eaten alive ever again. Chris was super professional. He noted that we did not have bed bugs, but carpet beetles which did not require the heat treatment. We were so happy and pleased, he also did not charge for the initial inspection. If we ever need any major bug treatment, we will definitely call them again.

We had a bed bug problem. Not sure of origin, but we had a sizable problem. We tried doing the Google search for treatments on our own, but none really work. We called Heat and Chris came out, inspected, explained how they treat and why it works. Answered all of our questions patiently (and I had a ton).He worked up a plan and executed it.. he was there when he said he would be, finished when he said he would be finished, and followed up a few weeks later to ensure we were happy and there were no signs of bugs.If we ever have this problem again, he's the first call we're making... Totally satisfied with this company!

We needed HELP with bed bugs and fast! Darick at Heat Pest Services responded as soon as I called. We had our inspection, recommendations for treatment, estimated cost and were scheduled right away. He was extremely professional and helpful with instructions and what to expect. Although we attempted to follow all instructions there were a few things we overlooked. For example, I wasn't sure how to take down my mini blinds and they went above and beyond to remove them for me so they weren't damaged. That speaks volumes for their integrity to do the best job but the proof of that is that I have no signs of a bed bug anywhere! Don't waste time and money with spray treatments that don't guarantee killing ALL signs of bed bugs. Thank you so much Darick and team at Heat Pest Services! If anyone is unsure of who to call, these guys are the BEST!

The service technician, Darick, was very friendly and professional. We spoke several times before my appointment and he was always courteous, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything he explained to me. What really impressed me was Darick's willingness to adjust his schedule to accommodate my work hours. My appointment was scheduled within 2 days of initial contact and on the day of service Darick was just as professional and courteous as he was by phone. He did a complete inspection, showed me what he found, and explained what the best treatment would be. The price was the best I'd seen after checking with appropriately 6 other companies so I'm happy I selected Heat Pest Services.

We’ve been battling invisible (microscopic?) biting bugs for months. We contacted Heat Pest Services a few weeks ago and they have come along side to battle the bugs with us. When we first noticed that we had bed bugs we did some online searching and calling around for pricing and found that the pricing was crazy expensive. We decided to tackle them on our own, we did everything you can imagine that we read online and some things would work for a little bit but they always ended up coming back. We finally decided that it was time to get some professional help. We called Chris and he was about to come out right away and inspect our home and decided that heating our whole home was the best way to go. Fast, professional, reasonable prices and did a great job. They back their services too! We wish we had called Heat Pest Services at the first sign. The amount of time and money we wasted until we finally called them was not worth it.

When we first discovered bedbugs in our home, our natural reaction was to panic. We found Heat online and I quickly submitted a request for a free inspection. Shortly after I received a phone call to set up our appointment. I was surprised as this was already late in the evening.Sure enough, the next morning, Darick showed up to inspect our home. Upon confirming the bedbugs he gave us our options. He was knowledgeable, patient and honest. He honestly made us feel like we were in good hands.A couple of months after the initial treatment, we found another bug and he can without hesitation to spray the house and gave us re-assurance that this would not be an issue.This ordeal has added to my anxiety during these crazy times and his professionalism, patience and understanding has helped me feel more at ease about this whole situation.

Chris gave the estimate and answered all questions over the phone, came the next day for the heat treatment, did a walk through to make sure we did everything on the "list". Made sure we understood the entire process and did not make us feel “gross/embarrassed” by having bedbugs. Truck and trailer were unmarked so no one knew our “business”. I normally read reviews before contacting/hiring a company for anything, but time was of the essence in this situation so I was unable to do so. We were definitely blessed to come across this company/Chris. Extremely professional, punctual, and responsive. We were seeing a handle of bugs after the initial treatment but he came right back out to do a thorough inspection and spray to hopefully avoid seeing anymore ever again. Would definitely do business with them again if the situation ever arises.

First of all I was extremely impressed with how fast they responded to me after submitting my online request, It was less than 5 minutes. I was able to have a discussion and set up the appointment all over text. Chris the technician was here within 2 hours. He came in and inspected my home and was very honest and upfront with me. We realized we had bedbugs and freaked out. I called Chris Krchnavy at Heat Pest Services to get an analysis and quote. He came out that very afternoon! I was impressed by Chris' knowledge and professionalism. He explained the heat process and answered all my questions. I was going to get a quote from at least two companies; however, after talking to Chris I decided he was honest and trustworthy, so I just asked him to do the job. He returned the next day and treated my house. I felt valued as a customer by Chris throughout the process, and I valued his honesty and encouraging words. I felt like I was in good hands. It's only been 2 days, but I haven't seen any signs so far of the bugs. Getting bedbugs is one of the most frightening, disgusting, and anxiety-producing things to happen to someone; in this awful time Chris was a beacon of light in a very dark tunnel. I called Chris after dealing with a different company who made it clear my anxiety ridden questions were too much for him! In researching after I somewhat calmed down I discovered that the other company was a way to scam people into paying for their heat treatment. Chris came out. Walked me through the prep process and got me scheduled. Stay at home recommendations had just been issued, so I had to sit outside my house while they did the treatment. When I was finally able to enter my residence 10 hours later, it was hot! But it felt clean! I am so thankful I called Chris and the Heat Pest Service Team. They have followed up to make sure I am satisfied! That other guy I called? Crickets!Don’t waste your time or money on anyone else...call Chris and Heat Pest Control!

I cannot express how thankful I am that had the unfortunate opportunity to use this company. About 2 weeks ago we discovered we had bed bugs, and we have a newborn coming towards the end of the month. Chris was amazing and explained everything we needed to do prior to treatment. Darick performed our treatment and seemed very thorough and helped with last minute things we missed.We had a scare about 1 week later when I found a dead one in our bed. I called Chris late that evening and he was out the next day and did another thorough search through the whole house and found nothing. This help put our mind at ease, especially having a very pregnant wife wanting to sleep in our bed.I hope that I never have to use this company again only because I don't want to deal with bed bugs. However if we ever get them again then they will be the first ones that I call. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Put luggage on bed yesterday after trip.... and low and behold last night I got cluster bites on back, arm, and stomach. Decided to not let it fester so called ASAP because of reviews. Chris came out to help. How’s this for honesty- he couldn’t find any evidence, besides the bites on me, that we have bed bugs or fleas. So, no service today but liked his honestly and knowledge so I scheduled a quarterly peat control service with him for mid- February. I’m washing everything in hot water and having carpets steam cleaned tomorrow. Thank you Chris! I definitely recommend.

It's 9 days til Christmas, and my ex husband texted and said he had bed bugs at his house and the kids may have brought them to my house, too. I thought I was going to have a panic attack. Terry was able to come just hours after I called and thoroughly checked my house. He also gave me "bed bugs 101," explaining bed bug life cycle, what signs to look for, and how to effectively treat and prevent them. I am relieved to know that my house is clean, and how to keep an eye out bedbugs, since I will have to keep checking that my kids don't bring them from their dad's house.

Terry was very knowledgeable and patient with all my calls and questions. The process to be heat treated is like moving out and back in but if it kills everything it is worth it. Derrick was very nice and polite and also answered any questions I had throughout his process. I’m pretty sure I have PTSD from these little creatures. I had no idea until this experience how easy it it is for them to be brought into your home. They have nothing to do with clean or dirty because I keep my house spotless. They literally came into my house in a visitors luggage 😥. After this experience I will be checking everywhere I stay for these pest as they can be anywhere from hotels to hospitals to high travel areas. Update: The owner (Chris) has been amazing despite my initial bad experience. He has come out personally several times to spray and we are bed big free! Amazing people. We did a heat treatment in April with the 2 year warranty and it was worth every penny. Chris was extremely patient with all my questions and professional. We had absolutely no problems until this month which was obviously brought in from somewhere else. They offered to come by the very next day, a Saturday no less, and sprayed. This company’s service was excellent. I was horrified to find bedbugs, and they were extremely informative and timely. I found out late friday night and they came saturday to assess, and sunday the job was done by 10 pm. They were extremely responsive and even came back to treat a crate I had forgotten to tell them about. They answered all of my questions and responded to calls quickly if they couldn’t answer. Also, a month later i messaged a concern, and i received a response within minutes. This company cares about customer service! I do recommend writing your questions down throughout the process, because you can get really tired getting the house ready and your fatigue makes you fuzzy. For instance, I bought some online spray and mattress and pillow covers and they said not to use any of it because they can’t guarantee 18 months of bedbug free if you don't use their products, and covers only mess up the chemical treatment. Thank you Chris! Great service at a reasonable price. I recommend your services to anyone with bedbug issues.

We have had the best customer service experience with Chris and heat pest services. We had a big problem last June and Chris was prompt and polite and also discreet with the treatment. He did a follow to check on our home as well. 7/8/19 Wow, thank you Chris. We had a small infestation in our master bedroom but chose to have the whole house heated as we have a grandson who comes to visit every week. The anxiety, guilt, anger, fear, and helplessness a person feels who has these creatures is excruciating. We had booked an appointment for chemical treatment with ABC Pest Control but decided to call Heat Pest and WOW, heat treatment is the way to go. Chemical treatment takes several weeks and Heat takes one day. We called Heat Pest on a Friday at 8 pm and got a return phone call Saturday Morning from Chris. Chris came out that evening and talked us down off the ceiling. He was knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and did the treatment that night. We had been staying at a Hotel since Friday and were going to continue to stay at Hotel through the weekend. Chris is amazing and while Heat treatment is expensive, it was no more expensive than ABC. It would not have mattered to us one way or the other as we had to get this resolved. Thank you Chris for all your help. You are a wonderful person to deal with. I will update this post in a month and up to a year to let google world know if those @#$%% bugs come back. I feel strongly they will not. Everyone, make sure your house guests leave their suitcases in the garage as we believe we know our "patient zero" and her infected suitcase. Again, thank you Chris.7/11/19. We have slept in our bed 3 nights in a row, well, actually husband slept in bed 3 nights while I only did last night. I finally decided to use The Art of War on my fear of bedbugs and take control. Since I don’t feel the bites I wouldn’t know if they are biting me, but , my husband knows! No bites, no marks on sheets, nothing. Chris came out yesterday because we got a new bed (I know I didn’t have to but all bedding went in trash day one. He sprayed our bed and box springs and around our room. Just for our piece of mind. We had a nice discussion about trading stocks as Chris and my husband are trading fools! It was nice to talk about something besides the bugs. Getting back to the bugs..... I am finally feeling a little less anxious and have read everything I can about avoiding another infestation. Knowledge is Power. I will keep you all updated. I am hopeful we are over this event but if not, I know Chris will come back.8/8/19 No bed bugs but my husband and I have a bit of bed bug psychosis. Since 7/11/19 we have called Chris a few times and he always responds promptly and listens to our concerns over tiny pieces of brown leaves (look like bugs) or a bite that is not bed bug related. So far we are very happy with Heat Pest Services. Chris has been a God send. We called Monday night and Chris was here the next morning for an inspection and already having the heat treatment first thing Wednesday morning. These people know what they are doing with bedbugs. If you have bedbugs, call them.I had a really bad infestation at a rent house I own. I did a lot of analysis of different options. Especially for bad infestations, you want heat combined with chemicals. These guys will do what is necessary, mostmost ot I talked to will not. And they are not as expensive as others that would.You don't want to do it yourself, it's not safe and it's not effective. Yeah, I know, even though Heat is not as pricy as others, it's still not cheap, but I looked at renting the equipment and buying the propane to heat the house. You don't want to go there, you aren't going to save yourself money.Six months bedbug free. I'm happy.

Called on a Saturday, very worried about potential bed bugs and got same day service from a friendly, efficient technician. He was actually early! He explained what we were experiencing and helped solve the problem quickly and with honesty and integrity. We did not have bed bugs! I could not imagine this process going smoother. Great company. Chris and his team were able to come out for the consult in 1 day and get our treatment scheduled 2 days later. After having already been treated chemically by our normal pest company without results, we were concerned that this wouldn’t solve our problem either. Our treatment was almost a month ago and we haven’t seen a sign yet!!! We payed additional for the 2 year warranty, which in our minds is completely worth the peace of mind investment. I will update my review at 6 months to let others know if we’ve had any further problems. Thank you.

Chris from Heat is very professional. We met with him first to discuss our best option. I was set on the thermo option which was the most expensive because we have been trying to get rid of the bed bugs for several months. My son and his wife did not even tell us they had them for several months which compounded the problem. I wanted to trash every piece of furniture. Stop looking...this is the company you want to use! I read lots of research of all companies & there was no room for comparison. I'm so glad we chose Heat Pest Services. We had a small infestation (or so we thought) on our bed & were managing it well. However, the bugs had gotten into our couch & that was beyond what we could manage. We needed professional help. Chris came up with a plan to minimize our costs - we did a combination of heat & spraying. Chris, from Heat Pest Services was so professional! He rid our house of these awful devils! I was in tears when I met him because we bought sprays, mattress covers, powders and it seemed as if we purchased every product that consumers could legally purchase. Those darn bugs went away only for three of four months. We were so proud that we had saved hundreds of $100.00 and killed them ourselves. Or so we thought. The bugs showed up again on another couch and in another room other than the original places we found them. They were in full force and we finally decided that we had to call to call in the professionals. Chris explained that we were unlucky like someone with a flat tire. Our house was spotless so cleanliness had nothing to do with our infestation. If you have never experienced bed bugs they are the worst pest ever!!!! You can't sleep! You can't rest! You can't visit others and you don't want others to visit you! You don't anyone to risk getting them. These bugs bite you when you are sleeping and it hurts. I was paranoid all of the time that they are about to bite because I couldn't see them. They usually come out at night. My husband and I were truly embarrassed. Chris came and talked us through the heat process. He created a plan of action just for us. He offered us the cheaper option of spraying. However, the results were going a little longer. I was fed up and was determined to get immediate results. We scheduled the heat treatment and when we returned to our home the only bugs we saw were dead. We have had peace ever since the day he and his crew completed the treatment. My family and I would recommend him and his services to anyone. Peace of mind was worth it to us! The heat treatment ended your restless nights.

We had a small infestation in our master bedroom. We were expecting someone to move in soon and needed to resolve the issue Asap. Tanner took great care to come give us a quote and explain the process. He answered all my questions and many calls and helped my family feel confident we were making the right choice as it is expensive. He showed up the morning we scheduled on time and was always in contact throughout the day. The process is invasive and can damage cheap furniture which Tanner explained. Another employee named Cooper showed up and helped tanner do everything and rid us of those pesky bed bugs....All of them in 1 treatment. 100% 5 start service from start to finish. I'm a skeptic and risk averse. They did the job perfectly to me which is saying a lot. Would recommend and would call them again in a heartbeat.

I have a 6 year old and 17 month old. One night we found a bed bug on my 6 year old's pillow as she lay on it, asleep. A horrible sequence of sleepless nights, nervousness, panic, and WASHING and DRYING and throwing so many of our belongings out ensued. We paid a large exterminator company (the one with the white and green logo) $1,400 for their bed bug treatment. After being stood up twice for our pre-paid treatments, we decided to look elsewhere. I found Heat Pest Services on google and called. They were so helpful and informative and customer-service oriented that I decided to give them a shot, even though we were already out so much money from the prior big-store brand exterminator that failed to show. IT WAS WORTH IT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON SPRAYING. If you can afford the heat treatment, go for it. Chris did a great job for my parents' house and for mine. He took great care of us and was prompt and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to ensure we got great service. He also answers his phone, is prompt, and does what he says he will do. I wish we had known to call Heat Pest Services when we first realized we had a problem! Would have saved us so much time, money, loss of possessions, and heart ache!
