Great company, highly recommend. Why? The tech Rodney came to my house to look for possible bed bug or mite issues. He was so honest…after a thorough inspection and lots of great questions he said he didn’t really see a need to treat my home for those critters. That is rare in today’s world. I will call them first for any future issues.

Rodney the technican was very good!!!He spent the better part of an hour and a half answering all of my questions as well as actually inspecting my home. He was very knowledgable with my situation and for that I was ever so grateful. He was able to keep my level of insanity to a minimum. I would highly recommend Rodney.

This company was professional and considerate from beginning to end. The young lady that initially reached out to me via phone within just a few short minutes, as a result of my inquiry was so kind and accommodating. Rodney did a thorough inspection and provided an honest and fair quote. He explained the process from start to finish. He was such a kind gentleman, which was much appreciated. Isaac was fantastic! I can't say enough about his professional and kind demeanor. He also explained everything from start to finish and was very accommodating. He did a great job! Although I hope to never see these people again (under these circumstances anyway), I would highly recommend their services if you need them. 5+ Stars!

Our rent house was treated for bed bugs. They gave us a reasonable price for the job compared to the other two companies we got quotes from, and treated the entire house with heat and chemicals. So far, we haven't seen any bed bugs since the treatment, so I give them a thumbs up.

Rodney was incredible, I found a lot of bites on my legs our pest service place said some bugs they saw looked like bed bugs. I called around for better offers found this company, they had best prices and warranty. Rodney was super patient and helpful with all questions on the phone I had and he went above and beyond coming as his work day ended(on a Saturday to be specific) to inspect so we could possibly get treatment done the next Monday. He inspected(he had pictures thoroughly looked through everything unlike our previous inspection with a different company) and showed us we didn’t have bed bugs, gave us his opinion on what my bites were saving us from wasting money after a different company didn’t do a good job inspecting. If you need to get pest servicing done go with this place you will be in good honest hands that will put your best interests first. And that is important for pest servicing because in my search for pest control for our house I had one company try to lead me on with weird language and “discounts” designed to make you feel special while charging double and another fail us with their inspection.

They showed up the very next day and took care of the issue. Everything happened exactly as they told me it would. So far it seems like the problem was dealt with but I did get the six month guarantee just incase. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a pest or bug issue.

Rodney is very professional and informative. He was quick to put me at ease, being this has proven to be a horrifying experience with bugs.He conducted a very thorough inspection. Explained what we needed to do. What they would do. Almost went with another company for our bed bug extermination and so glad I found Heat pest services instead. They specialize in bed bug extermination and it shows. They came out for an inspection, which the other company I was shopping didn’t even require. Gave us multiple options and explained everything. The man who came to the treatment was someone different than the inspector and he was equally knowledgeable and professional. We had a heat treatment with a spray of the whole house and haven’t seen a bug since. I’ve contacted them several times since the treatment with questions and they have been responsive, helpful, and professional professional. They even came out to my moms to inspect her bedroom and told us what we found was carpet Beatles, not bed bugs. Highly recommend them for bed bug extermination.

I thought it was awesome they offered to inspect for free when other services charged close to $100 and if I would've had bed bugs, I most definitely would have hired him based on his knowledge, experience and professionalism.

Isaac is literally so fantastic! He has been nothing but incredible and so reassuring through this whole bed bug nightmare for us. The commutation has been fantastic and they were SO quick came to fix our issues in less than 2 days. Have owned 3 homes over 30 years and never had a bedbug issue. Been in current home 5yrs and wham. Called HEAT based on google search and they sent someone out the same day. Rodney handled the initial inspection and was very professional and thorough in looking for signs of bedbug infestation throughout my home.Isaac handled the actual treatment a few days later (delayed to fit my schedule). He was easy going and did a great job setting expectations. He kept me updated throughout the day with his findings. Good news, so far, is the bugs appear to have been isolated to 1 room. Time will tell, but so far, I'm very pleased with the service.

After a sleepless and disturbed night thinking we had bed bugs, I contacted Heat Pest Services in the morning. They came out in the early afternoon for a free inspection. Thank goodness no bed bugs! The representative carefully inspected and took the time to explain that we had a few carpet beetles and gave us lots of information regarding what to look for with bed bugs. He was very knowledgeable, patient and put my mind at ease. It was very much appreciated.

I’ve had a bed bug problem in the top floor of a townhome with loft-style high ceilings that was a major challenge to treat. Mike made it a personal mission to get the job done, setting up a second treatment after the first method didn’t work, and doing so despite foul weather. He improvised a solution to push heat farther than he was accustomed to doing and made it happen. I highly recommend Heat Pest Services.

The staff and service professionals did a superb job of ridding my home of bed bugs. We used the poison spray vs the heat method. Heat Pest control was restless in making return visits to ensure ALL the bed bugs were exterminated, what was needed as even if bugs were killed, there could be unhatched eggs that the poison did not effect. Through hard work and persistence - they are all now DEAD! I highly recommend "Heat Pest Services"!

Rodney seemed to give us a thorough inspection and felt we had retained the bed bugs to just my son's room (we later discovered my son had brought them home from a remodeling job!). Rodney was polite and professional and seemed generally concerned about our problem. He recommended to Heat Treat the one room along with exterminate the rest of the house for preventive measures. He went over the preparations we needed to do. The following week, Mike came out and did a walk through first and had us take care of a few more preparations while he set up his equipment. We stayed in a hotel for the night and the next morning started all the clean up and getting back to normal. All bed bugs were dead that we can see (along with a few other unwanted bugs). It's been about 3 months now and so far...no signs of any bed bugs! They have a 6 month warranty when you do a partial heat treatment. I hope we don't have to use it. Thanks for giving us peace of mind again.

After five months of pesticide treatments that didn't work, I called Heat Pest Services desperate to be rid of all the stress dealing with bed bugs that seem to be immune to the chemicals used by two different companies. With just one heat treatment the bugs were finally gone! Terry Smoot delivered over-the-top customer service. I received their phone number from a friend. I had tried several methods to get rid of the bugs in my house to no avail. Their inspector came out and thoroughly inspected my home and gave me a quote. We decided upon a date. They came out on that date, which has now been two months ago. We haven't had a problem since then ~ no more bed bugs or any other bugs for that matter! These people are very professional and courteous! I highly recommend them.

Having received a quote from another company that I did not feel comfortable with, my daughter and I set out to find another source. Independently we both called these folks at heat pest. They fully explained their services over the phone and gave us at estimate which turned out to be accurate. They came when they said they would, the technician was clean, neat, polite and professional. They saved furniture the first company said needed to be destroyed, they charged $10 a bag to treat small items, the other company charge $50 a bag for the same thing. They completed their task and I was able to reuse my home in a third of the time The previous folks quoted. I can’t imagine anything better than my heat past experience.

This company and its worker are the personification of professionals . They were prompt, courteous and thorough. They did a complete examination of the house. Explained the process completely and arrived early to do the job. Upon completion, I was given complete instructions on what I could and couldn’t do.
